  Good gym except it’s missing a valuable piece of equipment that all good gyms should have which is a stepper for elevated exercises. I’m not sure they would care to even get one since they left me on read when I asked. The outdoor section of the gym is great for when the heat outside is somewhat bearable. The parking out in front can get a little hectic and the gym can get busy even on weekday morning- afternoon but the nice staff here makes up for that. I really liked the renovations and what the have done to the gym since I was here last year. It looks more clean and the colours are good

  This is the best gym in Dubai for MMA and great service. My PT boxing session with Zaid was exceptional too. I learnt a good technique to slip and counter. I highly recommend Zaid as a Personal Trainer.

  Good Gym, but despite raising the price every couple of months quality is definitely not getting better, due to the weather most people prefer working out inside and the ac is just not working in most areas, it is extremely hot and very smelly. Ladies changing room desperately needs a renovation, it smells horrible all the time and most lockers are not working. Love the staff, but the upkeep of the gym is terrible and I think management needs to hear out us women more.

  Great gym with top-notch equipment and knowledgeable staff! The atmosphere is motivating and the classes are challenging but fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level!

  It's been six months since I last visited this gym, and the pleasant seems to have changed. Moreover, it has been extremely cold. Well done on the upgrade, team. My favorite new girl is the one who welcomed you and said goodbye with an even brighter smile. She smiled cheerfully at everyone. Hope she don't change
