Had the pleasure of dropping by during a work trip. The vibes are great. People are friendly, the coach is welcoming with a fairly sick sense of dad humour (very well appreciated). You can tell the people here love the art and have great fundementals and basics! The advanced players where amazing to roll with. Great stuff - will definitely come back here again when I'm in town.

Great place to train bjj, I had a drop in and I am happy to join the class, met a lot of people, all of them are easy going, there is no ego on this club . The teacher is an unique human with a great personality, very inspiring environment, I have only positive things to say. Thank you for the hospitality hope to see you again 🙏🙏

Went for free-trial class, 1st time ever trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. 👨🏻‍🏫 Coach ia very welcoming, approachable, funny and down-to-earth. No doubt this is the sort of martial arts center you would pick 1st choice because of its remarkable teacher. 🙇🏻‍♂️ The teaching center is fairly bare-bones. Don't expect a 4-5 star facility here. It's called the 'Foundry' for a reason. 🚗 🅿️ Easy parking at Starling Mall, then walk out the South Entrance (iMazium) and continue on-foot for 2-3 mins. Get on the mat and just roll! 💪🏼
