  NOGS GYM is a well-equipped gym that caters to both beginners and seasoned athletes as well as mix martial arts . The range of equipment is impressive, from free weights to resistance machines and a good selection of cardio equipment. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to assist. The cleanliness is top-notch, with staff regularly sanitizing the equipment and facilities. I appreciate the spacious layout, which allows for comfortable movement even during peak hours. The only downside is that the gym can get crowded at certain times, and some equipment might not be available. However, overall, the environment is motivating and energetic, making it a great place to achieve fitness goals.

  If you’re looking for a healthy environment, clean space, new machines, and great staff, Team Nogueira is your place. It’s not only a fighting club; they also provide an amazingly large gym. I personally adore the atmosphere in this club. The minute I stepped in there, I realized it’s a place I want to train and spend time. I genuinely recommend this place! 10/10

  I joined boxing class and it was amazing. I wanted to try boxing for a very long time and finally I made it happened. The coach was great, very professional and he was coming to each of us individually, giving tips and advices on how to improve our posture and techniques. The gym itself is new, clean and very well equipped. I am very satisfied with the experience and I will definitely come back for more.

  I'm coming to Nogs gym for around 2 months for the boxing classes And the boxing coaches have been amazing and patient. the gym is huge and you can choose from different fighting classes or you can just work out The gym facilities are super hygienic and clean All the staff are so helpful and lovely
