I have known János for a long time when I came to train with him. His training work, his training philosophy, which I didn't understand at the time, but everything became clear at the first training 🙂 that I couldn't be in a better place. I don't get a simple training from him, with checkered movements that can be inculcated, but because of his multi-faceted martial arts and combat sports skills, deep real knowledge and principles. Which I can use not only in tatami, but also in overcoming problems in everyday life. I really like this parallel, it helps a lot and I can only thank you for it. Of course, an honest style is essential for all of these... which may sometimes "pain", but if you understand it, it will put a smile on your face! 😉

It's a great company, you can meet great people at the training sessions! Jani explains and shows the techniques in a very thorough and comprehensible way, so they are easy to learn. Last but not least, he places great emphasis on safe training - preventing and avoiding injuries.

There are very few people in my life that I honestly look up to, and I come here because I found a master (it's Jani ofc) from whom I feel I can learn a lot. Obviously, I didn't know this when I started, I only looked at the technical side, I liked the sport, I had known Jani for a long time, I had just become disillusioned with Aikido, and the club was even close. 😄 In the last 2.5 years alone, I have learned more both technically and personally than in any other training/self-development community. In practice, I discovered and was able to start working on one of the cornerstones of my personality, which was an incredibly useful step forward for me, and which I feel I would not have received anywhere else. Jani helped and helps overcome failures and fears step by step with endless love and humility as a teacher. Although the difference between our knowledge is sky and earth, I never felt that Jani was talking about a high horse. I always get just as much information/support as I need right then and there, all in an inimitable style, which can obviously be divisive, but I really love it when I just stand there and laugh at myself. This sounds a bit bullshit, but if I look behind things, I always notice that Jani often wants us to develop more than we ourselves. And that's why I come here. The community is great, we are getting stronger, smarter, etc. Of course, I can only compare it to Aikido, but believe me, Jani's technique feels like that of the greatest Japanese masters I have met and who have worked on me. Overall, there is something extra here that I haven't experienced elsewhere, at least I feel that way. So thank you very much for your work and for creating this Jani 🙏💪

János represents the approach to combat sports that was common before the 21st century. According to the old school, the leader of the martial arts club is not just a simple trainer, not just a coach, not just a mentor, but all of these are a role model who sets an example for the students who belong to him not only on the tatami, but also outside of it. John is exactly like that. In addition to his extensive knowledge of martial arts outside of jitsu, he is able to provide detailed and precise step-by-step techniques with personalized advice. Typical of the traditions of Eastern martial arts, he believes in "rather one move a thousand times than once a thousand moves". It is worth attending because it provides real and intuitive knowledge. What I particularly like about him is that he doesn't just hold trainings, but also builds a real community, so even after the first few trainings you feel like you're coming home to the dojo. If you like real knowledge and believe in the warrior's way in bushidō, this is the place for you

I chose Jani's training based on the recommendation of friends, I was captivated from the very first time by his martial arts, his infinite humility towards movement and his well-thought-out techniques, his thorough, deep and diverse technical preparation, and his disciplined character. He wants to give his teachings not only to our body, but also to our soul, seasoned with good humor, in a relaxed atmosphere. Over the years, he has built a very familiar and close-knit team around him, to which it is good to belong, something I have not experienced in other clubs. And with its honest, individualized feedback, it helps everyone on their way, which people often use in other areas of life as well.
