  I was so scared to start jiu jitsu back in January but very quickly felt part of the family and really enjoy going there, almost daily at this point! The coaches are fantastic, so patient and encouraging, everything is explained really well, highly recommend this studio, especially if you’re nervous about starting 🤗

  True Story Day - Date: Saturday. 22-6-2024 Time: 10:40AM Location: Studio100 Motor city The head coach kicked me out in front of people because another instructor awarded me a stripe on my belt. This unprofessional public humiliation, especially over something that happened outside his gym while I wasn't even a member of Studio100, having only purchased lessons, speaks volumes about the toxic vibes on his mat. He seems to take pride in kicking students out of the gym. (He mentioned to me twice about they are alot and obviously I was one of them) After few lessons in Studio100 there is critical attitude on the mat. Instead of offering helpful feedback, there is focusing on pointing out mistakes and comes across as condescending. There's a complete lack of warmth or encouragement. By the way, this gym has a lot going for it! The facilities are clean, the administration is professional and friendly, and all the coaches (except the head coach) seem fantastic, but always in any training he always overshadowed them. However, if you're an experienced grappler with thick skin who thrives on harsh criticism, this gym might be okay. (Minus the head caoch of course)

  I have tried lots of different BBJ schools in Dubai and this is the best. It doesn't matter what your age, sex, sporting ability or size is - the instructors and other members will make you feel right at home. Both myself and my 4 year old have been training at Studio 100 for some time now and find the coaches exceptional and the other members have made us feel like part of the family.

  Great environment to start or take your jiujitsu to the next level. Professor Alex pays great attention to everyone at all levels and is excellent at instructions. They offer no gi and gi with amazing packages and flexibility. They also have ladies options and strength & conditioning with Poly. Finally, big thank you to Farah for the great service.
