The brotherhood of psycho is much more than an academy, it’s a family ! Since my very first day there I felt a very warm and sincere welcome. You can tell Ilias and Mattina are absolutely passionate and completely devoted to Jiu jitsu, the knowledge they have about the sport is immense, and they have a huge pedagogical talent, they truly manage to transmit you there passion. My 2 months of training there made me feel like I trained 6 months, and even outside of jiu jitsu, the people of the academy made my experience in Athens absolutely incredible, they are all amazing human beings with great hearts ! Big thank you again to everyone, Ilias, Mattina, Marenia, Nicos, Anastasios, Natalia, Ash, Thibaud, Kostas, all the Fothis, both Dimitris, Nikolas, Fragkos, João, both Jannis, Tasos, Phaedra and I forget some… But I will never forget my stay here thanks to you ! See u next time ! Oss 🤙

Outstanding training environment! Professor Ilias, a black belt, leads every class with precision, taking the time to personally guide through techniques and he will hang out on the mats afterwards if you have any questions. The gym's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere creates a family-oriented and egoless space. Overall, Professor Ilias is not only a fantastic instructor but also an exceptional human being.

This is a great place to train. All teachers speak fluent English so whenever a student who does not speak Greek attends, the lessons are held in English. The gym is kept very clean and it has all the required facilities (changing rooms, toilets). You can even borrow a gi if you do not have one. I have tried many gyms and this is the safest I have found: there is a great culture of friendly and approachable training, with an emphasis on supporting each other's learning and encouraging good sportsmanship. And the owners are also great humans so this is a must go if you want to keep up your training whilst visiting Athens!

I train Bjj all across the globe and I’m a black belt Profesor from Los Angles. I loved this place. It’s an amazing place to learn and train. Make sure you check out this gym, there’s great teammates and teacher check it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. For some reason this got deleted! But it’s all true! I miss the brotherhood!!!
