  The place is all over ok , i like that outdoor area ,,,, but the gym became very old and not well maintained. It needs to be renovated, especially the shower area .. The equipments must be cleaned on a daily basis or 3 times per week

  I have been to many gyms in the UAE, but this one is truly life changing. It is run by a team of coaches that have won championships and really know how to help achieve your fitness goals. The gym has top of the line equipment. You can really enjoy your workout alone or with a group of friends. The best part is that you feel really satisfied with the quality of your workout once you are done.

  The staff here are amazing. The best in Abu Dhabi and exactly what gyms here need. Their attention to each and every customer makes you feel like you're part of the family and it doesn't have the sense of pretentiousness so common in AD gyms. Love it!

  Best place for kids martial arts. But the sales/reception people are so rude and disrespectful . There is a lot of partiality with the discounts and management is not minding it. It affects the reputation of the gym overall.
