  I visited the grappling classes held by Mauro during my vacation in Rome. I loved the classes and the team was very welcoming! Great atmosphere to learn new techniques and feel the spirit of martial arts. It made my heart full, and I hope I have a chance to visit again! Oss!

  An amazing school. I was a completely brand new white belt and the instructor Mauro and everyone else were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to explain the techniques in English to me during the demonstrations. Mauro was also aware that I was completely new and took the time to pair me with various partners. It’s sad I’ll be moving country soon otherwise I would have been a regular here for sure. Hope to come back here again.

  Don't call it "gym" because it is a school. But when you will be part of it, you will discover that it is a family. Martial arts lessons every day manged by higlhly skilled teachers.
