  A very good Academy in Rome were to practice BJJ, even for few days. I've had no idea of which class i could attend cause i'm still a noob but the secretary at the desk guided me in selecting the right one for me, in a polite and professional way. Overall, I've to say, the experience was really enjoyable.

  messaged beforehand for a drop in for brazilian jiu jitsu but once i got there the front desk lady was not very friendly. do not recommend for foreigners/tourists Update: There was no mention of having to book a class. See attached screenshot of messages. “you can attend any class you like.” Even after showing the messages I was told to come back 2 days later since I didn’t “book” a class. I did forget my wallet and that’s on me, but there was also no mention of a drop in fee. Would have been nice to be notified beforehand. Wanted to drop in 2 days in a row so asked to pay on the second day but she wasn’t having it. Not the best communicators and the way I was told was not friendly. This is the first time I was treated like this at a jiu jitsu gym and did feel welcome at all. Wasted a couple hours trying to get there.

  Fantastic gym, I absolutely loved training here for a few months whilst I was based in Rome. The gym has a phenomenal culture and family feel; the training is top quality. Nemeos also has a really inclusive and female-friendly vibe, which is down to Remo and the team's awesome values. I loved going there and miss it.
