I love this gym! The receptionist was so helpful. There was some complication with our registration and she was so helpful. Daniel, the instructor who facilitated us was soo good. I understood how to do the techniques! He was also very friendly and patient which made the experience very pleasant for me as I was incredibly nervous for my first Muay Thai class
Posted 2 weeks agoOur 3 YO girl loveeee Coach Andreia’s Muay Thai class! Even our Autistic 12YO son love it too! It is perfect to groom kids into loving the sports, learn the correct techniques while having some fun! If your kids are into Muay Thai, you should definitely join BOTH class..Coach Andreia’s and also Coach Manoel’s. Coach Manoel can definitely help to sharpen their techniques!

Coach Andreia is top-notch—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in each student's progress. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed like family, and the sense of camaraderie and mutual respect among members creates a supportive atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Posted 3 months agoI went for a Muay Thai intro class and Andreia was very patient and friendly who taught me the basics really well! She corrected and guided through all the punches and kicks. Signing up for these classes was also really efficient through WhatsApp. Highly recommend this for beginners!

She is full of patience and passionate about teaching the students and her personalised approach to teaching ensures that each student progresses steadily. I love training with Coach Andreia simply because I have not only improved on my techniques but also gained more confidence in the class. Love the positive vibes together with other students as well.
