The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and everyone, from the instructors to fellow practitioners, is genuinely supportive and encouraging. It's the perfect environment for beginners to learn and grow in their practice.   Best gym environment. The instructors are not only incredibly skilled practitioners themselves but also exceptional teachers. They break down complex techniques into easily understandable steps, ensuring that even beginners like myself can grasp the fundamentals with confidence. Their patience and enthusiasm create an environment where learning feels both challenging and rewarding.

  American tourist here. I’ve had a great experience training at MDS. Contact the coach on Facebook for details on dropping in and directions. Class sizes are small but the instruction is very good. You get a lot more one on one instruction than most schools in US (due to the small class size). Reasonable mat fee. I would recommend to any tourist who wants to get some BJJ in during their vacation.
