  I have AuDHD and suffer from high anxiety in social situations so it took me a month to even get the courage to send an email enquiry about attending classes. Brooke rang me the next day and immediately made me feel at ease enough to pop in for a chat. I am so glad I walked through the door. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I feel like I have finally found somewhere that I actually am genuinely welcome, accepted and not judged. The positive effect that training has had on my mental health in just two months since joining, is immeasurable. In ever other social situation I'm usually quietly panicking and wishing I could leave and not deal with people but at Mannaz, I walk in with a smile on my face, feeling excited to train and happy to see everyone, even to go so far as to actually hug some of the lads. Nothing short of a miracle considering I don't even hug family! Thank you Kenny and team, I wish I had found you all sooner.

  We absolutely love coming to Mannaz, my 6 year old gets so much from his classes. The teachers are all great, each week is packed full of new techniques and knowledge for them all to learn. It’s such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for the parents and kids!

  Kenny the head coach and his team are fantastic very fun and effective training methods. From the start they have made myself feel welcome. I highly recommend using this Gym.

  As a parent, finding an enriching and supportive environment for your child to learn and grow is paramount. These guys have exceeded all our expectations in this regard, offering an amazing jujitsu program that is both engaging and educational for children of all ages. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The coaches are not only highly skilled in jujitsu but also incredibly patient and nurturing with the kids. They create a safe and fun atmosphere where children are encouraged to push their boundaries, build confidence, and develop a deep respect for the martial art. The curriculum is meticulously designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and instruction. My children have shown remarkable progress in both technique and discipline since joining the club. The classes are a perfect blend of physical activity, mental stimulation, and character building. The club is a place where children not only learn jujitsu but also make lasting friendships and learn important life skills like teamwork, perseverance, and respect. The supportive environment has helped my children flourish both on and off the mats.
