My daughter has been training here for a month now, and at first, she was very nervous and didn’t want to take part. The instructors have been absolutely brilliant—making a real effort to involve her, help her feel welcome, and build her confidence. I’m so grateful for their patience and support, and now she loves going every week! Highly recommend.

This is an incredible martial arts academy. The class is packed with fitness, defence training and learning important life skills. What really grabs my attention there is the mentality of the training, no messing, no bullying, all as one, respect and they cheer each other on. I’m happy as well my son will make friends outside of school I think that’s a great life skill too

Very welcoming academy. Fully supportive of newcomers and all in all a great fellowship of adults trying to better their spiritual and mental health by learning martial arts. Thoroughly recommended

Even if you don't care about belts like me and want to just focus on learning and perfecting something every day, you'll find this a great place to learn martial arts. Staff, people, equipment. The belts and grading are there for those inclined to chase them and the staff and the members are all super cool. Everyone wants to help each other out. Everyone learns, by observation and by doing. This is trully a family business and it shows in every detail. I'm on my 3rd session and had the pleasure of meeting the man and father figure who started this academy. A guru if I ever saw one and I've seen many before who taught me how to be boxer. I hope we can become friends in due course. Bring your kids, it will be good for them long term. Bring yourself, you'll be better for it. So much to learn. Sooooo much to learn.
