  I did a couple of trial lessons which "bent" me because I'm not a real athlete, but after a month I felt like a different person and taking the trial made me appreciate sport again. Very good and very talented and truly super nice boys and girls, both the instructors and the exercise partners. Understandable, effective and professional lessons.

  Effective and very instinctive combat system to learn. Useful for everyone. the instructors are very good at explaining and follow you step by step to help you perfect the techniques and acquire the right attitude and spirit to assimilate and make this discipline your own. I absolutely recommend!
