Unfortunately, I landed up in this place thinking it would help me a lot in training myself. Initially the training sessions were pretty good. I took a course and group class simultaneously (which was horribly expensive idk why and being a student it aches me till today). I had pretty good time with a few coaches, but since they have this policy of changing coaches every week, to build a rapport and start understanding their technique gets difficult, and the training got repetitive as all the coaches started teaching the same thing I had learned earlier with someone else. However, after a point a particular coach started behaving unnecessarily mean and rude due to which I didn't even complete my entire course. Passing remarks, demotivating you, making inappropriate personal comments was not appreciated at all. Considering a coach must be the motivating factor, this place sucked in that. The staff was also unbelievably aggressive and rude. Would definitely not recommend unless you are already trained and know your thing to go here to actually learn and train for MMA. Avoid.

The mindset about fitness can go two ways. One who is a fitness freak. The other who is freaked about fitness. Kia Kaha can help you find the balance. I have been a perennial user of Gym, Motorcycles on tracks, a few karate techniques, and marathons. All in many places. But here I was able to exert my energy, build the endurance, stamina, self defense, all in "one" place. With the group classes or the 1-1, the coaches are sincere and help you grow, teach the basics, and treat everyone as equals. And with unlimited classes option, whenever you feel low in life or at home, just wear your tee & shorts, head to their club and feel like heaven. I strongly recommend them, marching towards my 3rd year with them.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a martial arts class, and I must say it was truly an enlightening and invigorating experience. The discipline, focus, and physicality required in martial arts are truly admirable. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the art form, which made the learning process engaging and enjoyable. The techniques taught were not only effective for self-defense but also emphasized the importance of respect, discipline, and mental fortitude.
