  Great place for anyone looking to delve into the world of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism since my first class at Jiu-jitsu Foz. Paulo and Dino are super competent in breaking down complex techniques into several steps that everyone can follow. There are also no gi classes diversifying the training sessions. Besides that, the facilities are cleaned everyday and there is tons of natural light (I appreciate that) OSS

  This is great place. My 6 year old son trains there, and I train there after him in adult class. The atmosphere is great. It gives you physical and mental health!

  They really built a great community here with the right culture around it, with coaches that are really giving you their full attention to progress at the right pace For me personally it’s been an amazing experience
