  I have been training here for past couple of months, so far it's been very interesting and fun atmosphere to learn something new while keeping yourself fit. Coaches here are very friendly and deliver engaging sessions. They offer great variety of martial arts lessons suitable for everyone. Wish I knew this place before :)

  A great studio with great trainers, a great vibe and a great crowd! All classes are well structured and the trainers are super experienced, motivating and attentive. I get most of my trainings by Natassja - she is great picking the right moment to advise on improving one’s technique, and knowing how to get an exhausted group going during a training! Joined two months ago and regret I did not join years ago!

  Super nice and motivated team of trainers! They are great and attentive during trainings. They follow what we do and correct our mistakes at the right moment.   I've only just begun my training, but I'd like to offer some initial feedback. Sam is an exceptional instructor, both personable and professional. The sessions are rigorous, which I find appropriate. Impressively, the training caters to my beginner's perspective while also serving the needs of more experienced participants. I'd highly recommend this training for both begginers and professionals.
