  I moved away from Plymouth a few years ago, and every time I come back down to visit family, I always try and make it into FLO for a few sessions. Really friendly people who are great people to train with. The facility looks as fresh as when I first visited in 2018! If you live in Plymouth, or the surrounding area, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!

  I have been training in the martial arts for over 20 years and Flo Martial arts is top notch. The facilities are world class and the coaches are knowledgeable and more importantly good people. There is a family atmosphere perfect for beginners and experienced alike. If you’ve ever thought about doing martial arts, come give it a try.

  Trained for around a year now and can easily say the best thing I’ve ever done in my life was join Flo. I never would’ve expected it to change my life the way it has. The coaches are admirable and down to earth, the team there is a huge family, the facility is always clean and the classes are amazing! Being a woman in this day and age is tough, especially with having a difficult past, but these people have taught me how to be strong physically and mentally, to never give up, boosted my self-confidence and have a laugh with those I train with. I’ll forever be proud to be a part of FLO. If you’re thinking about starting martial arts or just stepping out of your comfort zone to try something new - head down!! You won’t regret it😊 Hopefully see you on the mats!

  Can honestly say from the moment I walked in flo for the first time I knew id found the right place, every member of staff/coach is super polite always happy to help and guide you with whatever you need very clean tidy, professional and welcoming place to be if your looking for a martial arts gym there is not a better place around then flo!

  If someone asked me what my favourite thing about Plymouth is I’d say Flo Martial Arts. The level of investment that has gone into the facility is truly unprecedented for the area which has lacked top of the range sporting facilities for years. Flo have really set the benchmark for martial arts facilities in the South West. The enthusiastic, highly knowledgeable coaches and a hospitable environment has made my first 11 months of Jiu Jitsu thoroughly enjoyable. Could not recommend enough.
