  I started with this centre towards the end of 2020. I was introduced to Dan my coach and Brendon who have taken me on a journey that continues in and out of the gym. I have grown physically in strength and more importantly mentally. The friendships formed have become like a family and the values learned have become part of life. From boxing to workouts and mental wellbeing this is a one stop place. You join once and you remain part of the family.

  I thank FSC - Brendon & my amazing trainer Axel for all the progress I've made in the past 8 months. I've had so many 'wins' in every aspect from dietary changes to mental health and physical fitness due to the absolute support that I've been receiving. With every training session I feel a little bit stronger, happier and closer to my goals. Looking forward to the rest of my journey with FSC.
