  My daughter absolutely loves training here. It has helped her confidence grow and is teaching her strength, agility and disipline as well as keeping her fit... Plus it helps wear her out a bit before bedtime.. The instructors are all amazing and friendly and work fantastic with children of all ages and abilities. The space they use is perfect as it has all the proper equipment and is always clean. I always feel safe leaving my child here to learn... They also have adult classes.

  Great place to help children gain confidence, resilience and have fun. There are also classes for adults with circuits, ladies kickboxing and martial arts.

  My son has been with Evolution since they started and thoroughly enjoys it. He has made good friends at both All Saints and Widewell. The teachers are amazing, they make learning fun whilst still maintaining discipline. This is the 3rd group he has belonged to (through closures) and by far the better. As a parent even I feel I have made good friends as well. Can not recommend this group highly enough 🥋🥋👍

  My son absolutely loves it here. Staff are really nice, caring and know all the children's names, nice personal touch and important. Great place to go. They do children's class and adult to family classes. Not massively expensive but worth the money. Children get star of the week and grade every 3 months i believe.

  My wife and daughters have been with evolution from the start and it's brilliant, not only have they learnt how to defend themselves, they have have been taught discipline and self confidence. This academy is run by amazing people who go out of their way to help everyone connected with their academy. If your looking for somewhere to learn martial arts this would be the place I recommend, I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me and my family.
