  Quite big with lots of equipments and car parking spaces. The connecting roads to the Gym is quite bad most especially during rainy days. Has a swimming pool on site. There is also aerobic classes and personal trainer if you want but it comes at a cost. Generally,it's very much okay .

  This is a Luxury Spa . Its a fabulous and massive place. The place has everything to relax unwind and for you to feel pampered and feel like you are in a different world. I enjoyed every bit of the massage, coupled with the fact that the staffs are very welcoming. I recommend 😊

  Decent gym. I attend karate classes there however the cleaning is terrible and the toilets are gross and disgusting in the annex building. Pls guys do a better job cleaning

  The gym is spacious and has a lot of different equipment, a great place to work out, their opening hours could be more flexible though
