  Gym where Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is practiced very seriously and in a stimulating environment. The teacher is very attentive to the growth of his students, both competitive and non-competitive, in terms of knowledge and skills. Recommended for anyone who wants to practice a discipline that is both sporting and martial, improve their athletic condition and above all put themselves to the test.

  A space where it is easy to feel comfortable and included. A small family was immediately created, in which each member grows every time they enter and leave the gym. The teacher, qualified and patient, explains in a simple and accessible way to everyone. I highly recommend DBK Milan to anyone who wants to learn the discipline with serenity, commitment and professionalism.
