  Found Centaur BJJ and decided to take the plunge having no pervious experience of Jiu-Jitsu. After attending my first session I can say I made the right choice. The instructors and other members were all incredibly welcoming and supportive despite my complete lack of ability, high BMI and advancing years. Highly recommended!
