Training over here has helped me achieve good work life balance, rather than sitting at office and only working I amable to train throughout the week and maintain a good body without getting famished. Overall a good place for overall development.

Posted 2 years agoIdeal place for a working individual. They provide quite a flexible schedule for training which can be accommodated very well in hectic office schedules. My confidence has soared after I started my training.
Posted 3 years agoIt is so fun doing training with different types of equipment and getting a chance to do a one on one with fellow trainees. The vibe of the place is so positive & at the same time full of art and zen. The teachers here are super fun and very knowledgeable!!
