Great gym for BJJ practitioners of all levels. Classes are almost 24/7😄 so you can always join at the time that suits you. Trainers are professional and instructions are in English, so internationals are welcome. Recommend for everyone🤝
Posted 12 months agoI would absolutely recommend anybody to visit ZR team in Vienna. If you're just starting out Jiu-Jitsu or if you've been in the game for a long time, ZR team will accommodate all of your needs. Your visit Begins by first entering the flip-flop only area and you'll be greeted at a nice reception where the staff will help you with any questions you have. From there on, the coaching staff are amazing. The techniques are up-to-date and easy to understand for beginners as well as being useful for long-time practitioners of grappling. Hiking is very important in this Sport and ZR team takes it seriously, as anyone in the business should. The Matt space is very open, well lit and a great place to train. I was welcomed by the coach and practicing members as a visitor and can't recommend ZR team enough.
