A great little gym with friendly, happy people. Suitable for beginners and advanced fighters. All colours, faiths, and orientations are welcome. Just like a family (if your family likes to take your back and choke you out).

In this basement you don't compete with others fighters. You develope as a family. The Most characteristic part of this gym is tjat ANYONE is welcome, no matter what background nor skills. Try it if you are curious.

Absolutely great place, love training here and will come back whenever I can. Coaches are absolutely great and will welcome you with open arms, which they will then proceed to choke you with.
