My daughter love jujitsu training at Gracie Barra in Chantilly. Professor Glaucia Braga is fantastic! She is so patient, professional, and encourages the kids to train hard. You will not find a better team and center. Highly recommend!

Gracie Barra Chantilly provides a welcoming learning environment. I had no prior experience in martial arts and wanted to find an activity where I can work out and also learn practical self-defense. Coach Jesse, Professor Glaucia, and Coach Jake patiently break it down for me in simple, easy-to-digest steps that I could practice with my kids and my husband at home. The schedule is flexible and it's so satisfying to be done with my workout by 8 am, before the workday starts. Everyone I've worked with is kind and fun to be around. I'm glad to be a part of this school.

Gracie Barra Chantilly has become part of our family since we moved to VA. The staff are so welcoming, supportive and professional in everything they do. My kids have grown so much through their training here and now can't imagine their life without jiu jitsu. The training environment and mindset the coaches and professor provide are top notch! We tried out other gyms in the area but there is just something special about Gracie Barra Chantilly. If you are looking for a BJJ home - YOU NEED LOOK NO FURTHER! This is a brand new academy focused on family and personal improvement! The owners (Jesse/Angie) and lead Black Belt Instructors (Glaucia/John/Hani) are some of the best you will find - not just in VA, but period! I have been personally training with Jesse for several years and he is one of the most patient and talented JJ practitioners I have ever trained with. More importantly, he and Glaucia have been personally responsible for my 14 y/o daughter's love and development in JJ. Jesse and Angie are also wonderful owners and have created a safe and welcoming training environment for families and individuals who want to learn self defense. You will also be able to challenge yourself at your pace because you will have the best instruction you can find. Glaucia, John, and Hani are three of the most patient and talented lead black belts I have ever met and they genuinely care about the individuals in the academy!
