I've been thinking for a long time about how I could move my body and I thought of signing up for Krav Maga Zone. From the first training sessions I felt that I did well and I still feel the same way after eight months of hard work. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The trainings helped me improve not only physically, but also mentally. I'm slowly learning how to cope with the stress of an attack, how to fall gracefully, and overall better physical coordination. You don't have to worry even if you're starting from scratch. Great team and an even better coach. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I thought that when I signed up for the Krav Maga course, that by sacrificing a few hours a week I would slightly improve my physique and increase my chances in a potential conflict. At first, my whole body hurt and I doubted that I would pay for the next semester. Now, after a year of hard work, bruises, and sweaty shirts, I'm finding that I'm getting less and less sore. My physical therapist is amazed at how quickly my fitness has improved and I look forward to every training session. Coach Tomáš, in the spirit of the motto "Who wants to ignite, must burn himself", willingly passes on his art, but he also manages to get the maximum performance out of us. We also bring elements from wrestling, ju-jitsu and boxing to the classic KM. I am sure that thanks to Tomáš's personality, I get much more than I give, and by that I also mean the group of people he was able to create around him and that today I am also a part of it. Thanks!

Great and motivating workouts. No previous knowledge is needed at all and nothing to worry about if you don't have any basics. Everything is taken slowly and from the beginning. Physically demanding training sessions will visibly move you forward and motivate you to want to improve and learn more and more techniques.
