Had a great ladies kickboxing and strength and conditioning class this morning at Forge MMA. Feel energised for the day. Great for beginners as the instructor takes you through the moves.

The coaches at Forge MMA are phenomenal(top of the game) with the credentials to back it up. From the classes to the 1on 1’s I have been blown away by the attention to detail. The facility is top notch as well. If you are looking to get involved in any form of MMA or just general fitness , I highly recommend Forge MMA.
